Meet Vince
Community builder. Connector. Hype man.
I'm the son of Vietnamese refugees who arrived in Sioux Falls in 1993. My family opened Phở Quỳnh, the city's first Vietnamese restaurant.
They built the kitchen. I'm here to make sure the dining room is open for everyone.
